1. Essential authentication cookies
Signed-in dashboards use secure authentication cookies supplied by Welcome Your Guests and Supabase. They are necessary to keep a user signed in, refresh a session and protect private pages.
2. Essential guest storage
A guest's browser may store a private booking-link reference, conversation reference or checkout checklist progress. This lets the guest return to their own guide and continue using features they requested. Private links should not be shared.
3. Host preferences
The dashboard may remember the last selected property on the same device. This is a convenience preference and does not create an advertising profile.
4. Analytics
We record limited first-party product events such as guide and section views to help hosts understand usage. The guest guide uses a temporary random identifier for the current browser session rather than a persistent analytics cookie. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Managing storage
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Removing essential storage may sign you out, reset checklist progress or require you to reopen the private booking link supplied by the host.
6. Changes
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
