1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for access granted to team members.
2. The service
Welcome Your Guests lets hosts create and share digital guides, manage bookings and availability, communicate with guests, collect Guest Upsell requests and review performance. Features may evolve as the product improves.
3. Trials, subscriptions and payment
New accounts may receive the advertised trial period. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices, currency, taxes and renewal dates are shown before checkout and in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect under the terms shown at the time of purchase and does not normally refund a period already started unless required by law.
4. Host responsibilities
- Keep property, safety, access and contact information accurate.
- Have permission and a lawful basis to use guest personal information.
- Comply with accommodation, consumer, tax, payment and privacy laws.
- Fulfil approved Guest Upsells and clearly explain prices and conditions.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful or abusive content.
5. Guest Upsells and external payments
Welcome Your Guests does not take commission on Guest Upsells. Hosts may provide an external payment link and remain responsible for the transaction, fulfilment, refunds, taxes and disputes. We are not the seller of a host's accommodation or extras.
6. Content and licence
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, process and back up that content while providing the service. You confirm that you have the right to use uploaded text, images and links.
7. Availability and acceptable use
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. You must not attempt to bypass security, access another workspace, overload the service, distribute malware or misuse private guest links.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, non-payment, legal compliance or a serious breach of these terms. You may cancel billing through the billing portal and may request account deletion through Settings.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Welcome Your Guests is not responsible for a host's property, guest stay, external payment, lost profit or indirect loss. Hosts should maintain their own records and suitable insurance.
10. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date above.
